I have had the most profound spiritual experiences in my life in Mexico. The first time was in 2010 at a temazcal in the Costa Maya. It was an incredibly healing experience that helped me emerge from a lengthy legal battle. Later, I took part in healing ceremonies during a weekend retreat I went to in observance of my 50th birthday. I cannot possibly exaggerate the power and profundity of those experiences, which has had a lasting effect.
